email request below is the deletion route and must be actively monitored.
You can permanently delete your AVEN account and all associated data at any time. This applies
however you signed up - with an email and password, with Google, or with Meta (Facebook).
How to request deletion
Email privacy@avenstrength.com from the address on your account - or from the email
linked to your Google or Meta sign-in - with the subject "Delete my account".
We will verify that the request comes from the account holder, complete the deletion within
30 days, and confirm by email when it is done. There is no charge.
A one-click Delete account control inside the app's account settings is being
added and will carry out the same deletion immediately.
What is removed
- Your profile: name, sex/gender, date of birth, body weight, height, photos, Arena link.
- Every training record you created, and its media links.
- Every verification event on your records.
- Follows, Arena memberships, challenge entries, coaching requests, and opportunity
applications involving you.
- All system-derived data: personal records, reputation score and tier, rankings,
challenge standings, opportunity eligibility.
- Your authentication account, including the connection to Google or Meta.
What may remain briefly
- De-identified product analytics events, which carry no name or email.
- Encrypted operational backups, which are purged on their normal rotation (no longer than
[BACKUP RETENTION PERIOD]).
- Records we are required to keep by law, for as long as the law requires.
Removing AVEN's access from Meta or Google
Deleting your AVEN account already revokes the connection. You can also remove it directly:
- Meta / Facebook: Settings and privacy - Settings - Apps and Websites -
remove AVEN.
- Google: your Google Account - Security - Third-party apps with account
access - remove AVEN.
